From: Expression profiles of hsa-miR-148a-3p and hsa-miR-125b-5p in human breast milk and infant formulae

  1. The relative expression of hsa-miR-148a-3p was analyzed using quantitative RT-PCR and normalized to that of spike-in control cel-miR-39. The mean levels of hsa-miR-148a-3p among each breast milk sample obtained from primiparous or multiparous women were compared using the two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey-Kramer test (*P < 0.05). Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD).
